Rotor desiccant dehumidifiers for industrial applications requiring humidity control in extreme conditions. Adsorption technology with silica gel rotor for efficient operation at low temperatures and low relative humidities, where conventional mechanical systems are not feasible. Complete line from 610 to 12,500 m³/h with dew point down to -60°C.

Ability to reach dew points down to -60°C with silica gel rotors, essential for processes requiring extremely dry air such as lithium battery manufacturing, semiconductors, and dry rooms.
Unlike mechanical systems, the desiccant operates efficiently at temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, ideal for cold rooms, cryogenic processes, freezing tunnels, and refrigerated environments.
Silica gel rotors with a lifespan of over 10 years (80,000 hours) in continuous operation. Thermal regeneration restores 100% of the adsorption capacity each cycle without degradation.
Integrated heat recovery system that reuses up to 60% of the regeneration energy, significantly reducing operating costs. Option for natural gas or steam regeneration for greater savings.
Equipment designed to meet GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 14644 (ISO 5-8 cleanrooms) standards and ATEX certification for hazardous areas (zones 1, 2, 21, 22).
Control system with industrial PLC, continuous dew point monitoring by high-precision capacitive sensor, data logging with 21 CFR Part 11, and integration with SCADA/MES/BMS systems.
