Constructive Details
Each component is designed for maximum durability, efficiency and ease of maintenance in demanding industrial environments.
Cabinet
Galvanized steel structure with electrostatic powder coating. Removable panels with quick-release latches for easy access to internal components. Corrosion-resistant finish.
Evaporator Coil
Copper tubes with high-efficiency aluminum fins. Direct expansion with liquid distributor. Optimized spacing for maximum heat exchange and easy cleaning.
Compressor
High-efficiency hermetic scroll compressors with integrated thermal protection. Mounted on vibration dampers. Models above 30 TR use tandem configuration for greater reliability.
Fans
Double-inlet centrifugal fans with high-efficiency motor (IE3). Dynamic balancing for quiet operation. EC fan option with variable speed control.
Filtration
Dual filtration system: G4 pre-filter (washable) + F7 fine filter. Quick-fit rails for tool-free replacement. HEPA H13 absolute filter option for critical environments.
Condensate Tray
AISI 304 stainless steel tray with anti-condensation thermal insulation. Slope for gravity drainage. Drain connection with integrated siphon.
Insulation
Closed-cell elastomeric foam thermal-acoustic insulation (25mm). Fire reaction class M1. Noise reduction up to 15 dB(A) compared to non-insulated cabinet.
Controller
Microprocessor controller with LCD touchscreen display. Weekly time programming, alarms with history, PID temperature control, ModBus RTU/TCP communication for BMS integration.
